With the passing of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, there will be additional documents necessary for preparing your return this year.  Check HERE for a list of the necessary items.

IRS will begin accepting tax returns for the 2025 filing year on Monday, January 26, 2026.  PATH refunds (Earned Income Credit and Additional Child Tax Credit) will begin funding February 15, 2026.

Office Hours:

Our office hours during the off season are Thursday mornings from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon.  We will be working remotely the rest of the week.

We will begin full office hours January 26, 2026

In season (late January – April 15) we are in the office Mon – Fri from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.  

If you need to contact us when we are not in the office, please email Gary at gary.boykinstaxservice@yahoo.com.  I will contact you as soon as possible.    There will be no face to face appointments.  We have a portal available for those wanting to experience touchless tax preparation.  Just give us a call to set up the portal and you can upload your tax documents and receive your completed return in the portal.
